Customers may request a return within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery unless an item is marked final sale, non-returnable, or otherwise noted on the product page.
To be eligible for a return, an item must be returned in the same condition it was received, with original packaging when available, and without signs of additional wear, damage, or alteration after delivery.
The following may not be eligible for return: final sale items, items damaged through misuse after delivery, personalized items, and items specifically marked as non-returnable.
To request a return or refund, contact us through the Contact page and include your order number, the item involved, and the reason for the request.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect item, damaged delivery, or another error on our side.
